Tuplok Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tuplok (tuplok.app), a web application that helps Filipino teachers generate DepEd school forms. By signing in or using Tuplok, you agree to these Terms and to the Tuplok Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Tuplok

Tuplok is an independent tool created to help teachers prepare school forms such as the Summary of Grades, SF2, SF9, SF10, and certificates. Tuplok is not owned, operated, or endorsed by the Department of Education (DepEd). Form templates follow publicly available DepEd formats and issuances, but Tuplok is a private service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Tuplok is intended for teachers and authorized school personnel. Access is currently by invitation. You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in, and for all activity under your Tuplok account. You must provide accurate information during setup.

3. Plans and Pricing

Tuplok offers three plans:

SF2 and Composite Grade Sheet remain unlimited on every plan, including Free — this never changes.

Billing. Monthly is charged only for the months you're subscribed. Annual runs for 12 months from your purchase date. If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, your account moves to Free-tier limits until resolved — your data and settings are never deleted or altered.

Payment method. Subscriptions are currently paid via GCash. To activate a subscription, you send a payment receipt to Tuplok's Facebook Page via Messenger for manual verification. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this payment information is handled.

Refunds. Annual plan purchases may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, Annual payments are non-refundable, including if you stop using Tuplok partway through the year — your account and data remain accessible for the remainder of your paid period regardless of usage. Monthly plans, billed one month at a time with no long-term commitment, are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at tuploksupport@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours and confirm via email. No penalty applies.

Custom template requests. Monthly subscribers receive one free custom school-template rendering request per active subscription month; Annual subscribers receive unlimited requests. Additional requests beyond what's included are handled case-by-case — contact tuploksupport@gmail.com.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you upload. As explained in the Privacy Policy, you (and your school) are the Personal Information Controller of learner data; Tuplok processes it only to generate your forms.

By uploading data, you confirm that:

  1. You are the learners' teacher or authorized school personnel;
  2. The upload and processing fall within your school's lawful educational purposes and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173);
  3. The data you upload is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Tuplok for any unlawful purpose; upload data of learners you are not authorized to handle; attempt to access other users' data; resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use automated means to scrape or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Accuracy of generated forms — important

Tuplok computes grades and fills forms based on the data you provide and on our implementation of applicable DepEd issuances. You are responsible for reviewing every generated form for accuracy and completeness before submitting it to your school or to DepEd. Tuplok is a preparation aid, not an official records system, and generated documents have no official character until reviewed, signed, and adopted by the authorized school personnel.

7. Intellectual property

The Tuplok application, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Tuplok. The forms and documents you generate are yours. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Tuplok software or service itself.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Tuplok available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Tuplok shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including consequences of submitting unreviewed forms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tuplok in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

You may stop using Tuplok and request deletion of your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion timelines). We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on tuplok.app with a new effective date and announce the change within the service. Your continued use of Tuplok after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the service before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be resolved in the proper courts of the Philippines.
